Tamara’s professional journey began with a background in Business Management & Entrepreneurship, but her true dedication emerged in the Middle East & Africa humanitarian field.

Focused on Education, Livelihood, Women Empowerment, Health, Relief, and Psychosocial Support, she brings expertise in program design, management, monitoring & evaluation, and fundraising, particularly focusing on Syrian and Palestinian refugees.

Recognizing the limitations of pure humanitarian and charity efforts, she opted to prioritize social entrepreneurship as a means to drive impact. This approach is more strategic, and sustainable and utilizes seed money as a catalyst for long-term growth.

With 7 years of experience in the social entrepreneurship eco-system in the Middle East & Africa, Tamara has actively engaged in receiving and giving ends. She played a pivotal role in founding and managing the HerMeNow accelerator, dedicated to empowering early stage women-led social enterprises in Middle East & Africa; supporting more than 60 women led social enterprises so far.
