Tamara’s journey began with a foundation in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, but her true calling emerged in the humanitarian sector across MENA. With a deep commitment to education, livelihoods, women’s empowerment, health, relief and psychosocial support, she has dedicated her career to designing, managing and fundraising for impactful programs—particularly for Syrian and Palestinian refugees.

Recognizing the limitations of pure humanitarian and charity efforts, she opted to prioritize social entrepreneurship as a means to drive impact. This approach is more strategic, sustainable and utilizes seed money as a catalyst for long-term growth. With seven years of experience in the MEA social entrepreneurship ecosystem, Tamara has both contributed to and spearheaded impactful initiatives. She was instrumental in founding and leading the HerMeNow Accelerator, an accelerator program empowering women-led social enterprises across the region.  

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Tamara serves as a trusted advisor to family offices and funders, guiding them in deploying capital with purpose; ensuring their philanthropic efforts create sustainable, scalable and lasting impact.
